Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping
We offer an awesome delivery service by partnering with a reputable courier to deliver your order directly to your destination. Alternatively, we can deliver to a depot near you. This allows you to collect your order anywhere, at any time at your convenience.
Note: Orders will only be released once funds reflect on our bank statement, normally 2 working days.
Free Shipping
WE DELIVER FREE all over South Africa On ALL orders over R2000 or more including VAT. If your order value is less than R2000, the delivery fee will be confirmed at the final order confirmation stage.
When ordering multiple items, you can choose to consolidate your delivery to a single day, or deliver items as they become available.
If you choose to deliver items as they become available, Free Delivery only applies if the value of each individual item is above the Free Delivery threshold, of R1000.
We can’t deliver some products for free, due to their nature and the effort involved. Therefore, we exclude such products from Free Delivery. Large orders that require a Trucks or rigging services will be calculated and communicated prior to the order being released. The Buyer shall pay all delivery costs and charges or pay Seller’s standard shipping charges plus handling
Delivery Times
Orders that are available at our warehouse will usually delivered within 2-5 working days from receipt of order and payment. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond PLC Technologies (Pty) Ltd or our nominated couriers control, certain orders may take longer than the “usual” 2-5 working days for delivery, if this is the case we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Delivery times are approximate and are dependent upon prompt receipt by Seller of all information necessary to proceed with the work without interruption.
Should your order not be available at our warehouse and we have to order it from our manufacturers our suppliers, delivery times may vary according to the lead time that we receive. Estimated delivery times will be communicated during the order process.
You may also send your courrier to collect, however this option should be communicated with us prior.
If we anticipate longer delays, we will let you know.
Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa, on business days only
You or a person authorised to accept delivery on your behalf must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation (“Delivery Address“). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification.
International Shipping
We do offer International shipping by special arrangement during the order process.
Please note that there could be additional charges to be paid once the parcel arrives in your country. Check with your government website for their clearance charges with regard to admin, duties and taxes as this is different depending on the country.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, as well as a tracking number

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery, except that for export shipments from the South Africa, risk of loss shall transfer to Buyer upon title passage.
Loss or Damage
The risk of any loss or damage to or deterioration of goods shall pass to the Buyer when the said goods are collected from the Seller’s premises or from the manufacturer by the Buyer or the Buyer’s agent or if the Seller is delivering then when the goods are delivered by the Seller to the Buyer’s premises.
Risk of Loss
Ownership in goods supplied shall pass to the Buyer when full payment has been received by the Seller. Until ownership passes to the Buyer, the Buyer will hold the goods as bailee for the Seller, with the Seller having the right to enter premises occupied by the Buyer and take possession of the goods at any time after payment is due. If the Buyer re-sells the goods before such payment is made it shall hold the sale proceeds on trust for and on account of the Seller.
Tracking
Please inspect all packages upon receipt for count and damages and report any discrepancies within 72 hours so that we may quickly correct your shipment.
Custom or modified items are not returnable.
