  • Advance Payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): For all customers that purchase any of our products that do not have a 30-day account. Orders are only dispatched when orders are paid in full and the money reflects in our account.
  • 30-Day Accounts: Customers that wish to purchase on a 30-day account may apply in writing for this payment method. All Accounts should strictly be paid within 30 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon during the ordering process.

How do I know if a Email is from PLC Technologies?

Emails, text messages, or calls from PLC Technologies will never ask for your personal information. Here are helpful tips to determine if the contact is from PLC Technologies, and if not, how to report it.

Spoof or phishing emails are fraudulent emails attempting to get your personal information. They are made to look like they are coming from PLC Technologies. Here are some things that you can look out for, if you suspect you’ve received a spoof or phishing email:

  • PLC Technologies emails will always come from an address that ends @plctechnolgies.co.za or @plcgroup.co.za
  • When visiting the PLC Technologies site, legitimate links will start with https://www.plctechnologies.co.za, or the equivalent https://www.plcgroup.co.za
  • Never click on a link, open an attachment, or respond to an email you suspect to be fraudulent. Check if the web address is a legitimate PLC Technologies URL. If you click on a link or a button by mistake, don’t enter any information.

PLC Technologies will never ask for personal information to be supplied by email.

How do I know if a Phone call is from PLC Technologies?

If you receive a suspicious phone call claiming to be from PLC Technologies, here are things to look out for:

  • PLC Technologies will never ask for payment or offer you a refund you do not expect.
  • PLC Technologies will never ask you to make a payment outside of our website. For example, via bank transfer, emailing credit card details, sharing gift card details over the phone, etc.
  • PLC Technologies will never ask you for remote access to your device, for example, by asking you to install an app.

Do not share any personal information, and disconnect the call immediately.
