Description
The Delta DTME08 is an 8-channel modular temperature controller from the DTM Series, designed for precise and scalable thermal management in industrial applications. Operating on a 24V DC power supply, it supports a wide range of sensor inputs, including thermocouples, RTDs, and analog signals. The DTME08 offers multiple control modes such as PID, programmable PID, ON/OFF, and manual, providing flexibility for various process requirements. Communication is facilitated via both RS-485 and Ethernet interfaces, enabling seamless integration into automated systems. Its modular design allows for expansion with up to seven measurement modules and eight I/O modules, managing up to 64 temperature points within a single host group. Multiple host groups can be connected via RS-485 or Ethernet to control over 1,000 temperature points, making it ideal for complex applications like injection molding, vacuum forming, and packaging industries.
