Description
The Delta DTK4896R01 is a compact and versatile temperature controller designed for industrial applications requiring precise thermal regulation. With a panel size of 48 × 96 mm (1/8 DIN), it features a high-resolution LCD display that shows the process value (PV) in red and the setpoint (SV) in green, facilitating clear monitoring. The controller supports various sensor inputs, including thermocouples (types K, J, T, E, N, R, S, B, L, U, TXK) and platinum RTDs (Pt100, JPt100), offering flexibility across different systems. Operating on a universal power supply of 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, it delivers control outputs via relay (250 VAC, 5A), voltage pulse (12V DC, max 40 mA), or current (4–20 mA, max load 600Ω). The DTK4896R01 supports PID, manual, and ON/OFF control modes, with a fast sampling rate of 0.1 seconds for thermocouple or RTD inputs, ensuring responsive temperature management. Its robust design includes resistance to vibrations (10 to 55 Hz, 10 m/s²) and shocks (up to 300 m/s²), making it suitable for demanding environments. The controller operates within ambient temperatures of 0°C to +50°C and can be stored between -20°C and +65°C, accommodating a wide range of industrial conditions.
