Delta DTC1000R Temperature Controller

The Delta DTC1000R is a modular, DIN rail-mounted temperature controller designed for industrial applications requiring precise and flexible thermal regulation. Operating on a 24V DC power supply, it supports universal input types, including thermocouples (types K, J, T, E, N, R, S, B, L, U, TXK), platinum RTDs (Pt100, JPt100), and analog signals (0–5V, 0–10V, 0–20mA, 4–20mA, 0–50mV).

The DTC1000R offers four control modes: PID, ON/OFF, manual, and programmable PID (ramp/soak), with a sampling rate of 0.4 seconds for thermocouple and RTD inputs, and 0.15 seconds for analog inputs . It features dual relay outputs (SPST, 250 VAC, 3A) and supports up to two alarm outputs with 12 selectable alarm modes.

Equipped with built-in RS-485 communication supporting Modbus ASCII/RTU protocols, the DTC1000R facilitates seamless integration into automated systems. Its modular design allows connection of up to seven extension modules, enabling monitoring of multiple temperature points . Additional features include 64 programmable temperature and time settings, three levels of password protection, and LED status indicators.
