Description
The Delta DTC1000C is a modular, DIN rail-mounted temperature controller designed for precise thermal regulation in industrial applications. Operating on a 24VDC power supply, it supports universal inputs, including thermocouples (types K, J, T, E, N, R, S, B, L, U, TXK), platinum RTDs (Pt100, JPt100), and analog signals (0–5V, 0–10V, 0–20mA, 4–20mA, 0–50mV).
The DTC1000C offers four control modes: PID, ON/OFF, manual, and programmable PID (ramp/soak), with a sampling rate of 0.4 seconds for thermocouple and RTD inputs, and 0.15 seconds for analog inputs . It features a linear current output (4–20 mA) and supports up to two alarm outputs with 12 selectable alarm modes.
Equipped with built-in RS-485 communication supporting Modbus ASCII/RTU protocols, the DTC1000C facilitates seamless integration into automated systems . Its modular design allows connection of up to seven extension modules, enabling monitoring of multiple temperature points . Additional features include 64 programmable temperature and time settings, three levels of password protection, and LED status indicators.
Certified with CE, UL, and C-Tick approvals, the DTC1000C is suitable for various industrial environments, including HVAC systems, plastic manufacturing, and food processing.
