Timelines & Tracking
- In-Stock Items: Usually delivered within 2–5 working days from receipt of payment.
- Special Orders: If an item is not in our warehouse, delivery depends on manufacturer lead times. We will provide an estimated date upon order confirmation.
- Real-Time Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Important Information for Buyers
Note on International Shipping: We offer global shipping by special arrangement. Please contact our sales team to discuss logistics. Note that international buyers are responsible for all local duties, taxes, and clearance charges.
Inspection & Returns
Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies in item count or visible damage must be reported within 72 hours.
Custom Orders: Please note that custom-built or modified items are non-returnable.
Terms of Carriage
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery. For export shipments, risk transfers upon title passage.
Loss or Damage
Responsibility for goods passes to the Buyer once collected from our premises (by the Buyer or their agent) or once delivered by our courier to the specified address.
Ownership
Ownership of goods remains with PLC Technologies (Pty) Ltd until full payment is received. Until then, the Buyer holds the goods as a bailee. We reserve the right to enter premises to recover goods if payment is overdue.
