Returns and Refunds
We aim to provide high-quality industrial solutions. If a product does not meet your requirements, we offer a 7-day return window.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- The item has not been installed or used.
The Return Process:
- Authorisation: Contact us to approve the return.
- Collection: Once approved, we can arrange our couriers to collect from you (cost for your account), or you may use your own courier.
- Technical Inspection: All returns undergo a technical assessment. If the item is in its original state, a refund will be processed.
Manufacturing Defects & Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, PLC Technologies will cover all collection and replacement shipping costs for local (South African) shipping only. For international placed orders, shipping and logistics costs for returns and replacements remain the responsibility of the customer.
