Delta DTA9648R0 96×48 Temperature Controller

The Delta DTA9648R0 is a versatile temperature controller from Delta’s DTA Series, designed for precise thermal regulation in various industrial applications. With a panel size of 96 × 48 mm, it features a clear LED display that presents the process value (PV) in red and the setpoint (SV) in green, facilitating easy monitoring.

This controller supports a wide range of sensor inputs, including thermocouples (types K, J, T, E, N, R, S, B, U, L, TXK) and platinum RTDs (Pt100, JPt100), offering flexibility across different systems. It operates on a universal power supply of 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz and provides control outputs via relay (250 VAC, 5A), voltage pulse (14V DC, max 40 mA), or current (4–20 mA, max load 600Ω).

The DTA9648R0 supports PID, manual, and ON/OFF control modes, with a sampling rate of 500 milliseconds, ensuring responsive temperature management. Its robust design includes resistance to vibrations (10 to 55 Hz, 10 m/s²) and shocks (up to 300 m/s²), making it suitable for demanding environments. The controller operates within ambient temperatures of 0°C to +50°C and can be stored between -20°C and +65°C, accommodating a wide range of industrial conditions .
