Delta DVP22EX300T PLC Controller

The Delta DVP22EX300T PLC is a third-generation programmable logic controller (PLC) designed to meet the demands of modern industrial automation. It features a 32-bit high-speed processor from Delta’s AS series, delivering an execution speed of 25 nanoseconds for basic instructions. With a program capacity of 64K steps and support for up to 256 I/O points, the DVP-EX3 Series offers enhanced performance and flexibility. It comes equipped with built-in analog I/O, dual Ethernet ports (RJ45), a CAN port, RS-485 ports, a USB port, and a Micro SD interface, facilitating seamless integration and communication. The PLC supports various communication protocols, including EtherNet/IP and CANOpen DS301, allowing control of up to 64 CANOpen slaves and 8 Delta servos and motor drives. Programming is facilitated through Delta’s DIADesigner and ISPSoft software, supporting IEC 61131-3 standard languages. The DVP22EX300T PLC is suitable for applications such as high-speed cutting machines, bar feeders, food packaging, and textile machinery.
