It features a 3.1 kHz bandwidth and a 24-bit absolute encoder, providing ultra-fast response and positioning accuracy of up to 16,777,216 pulses per revolution, ensuring precise and stable motion even at low speeds. The ASD-A3-0421-E servo drive includes advanced motion control capabilities, supporting up to 99 motion segments, E-CAM profiles, and functions like blending, superimposition, and jump commands, all accessible through an intuitive graphical interface. To enhance system stability, it offers five sets of notch filters with up to 5 kHz tunable bandwidth and a low-frequency vibration suppression algorithm, making it ideal for flexible or elastic mechanical systems. Additional features include a built-in system diagnosis tool for assessing machine rigidity and wear over time, as well as a multi-axis DC-bus sharing design that recycles regenerative energy to improve efficiency. The ASD-A3-0421-E servo drive is also 20% more compact than its predecessor, the ASDA-A2, saving valuable cabinet space.
