Delta AS300N-A PLC Controller

The Delta AS300N-A PLC is a high-performance, modular controller designed for medium to large-scale industrial automation applications. It features Delta’s self-developed 32-bit System on Chip (SoC) CPU, delivering an execution speed of 40k steps per millisecond, with basic instruction (LD) times as fast as 25 nanoseconds and MOV instruction times of 0.15 microseconds. The AS-300 Series supports up to 1,024 I/O points through a maximum of 32 extension modules, providing scalability for complex system configurations. It offers precise motion control capabilities with support for up to 8 axes via the CANopen motion network and up to 6 axes through 200 kHz pulse control, making it suitable for applications requiring accurate positioning. The AS300N-A PLC includes multiple communication interfaces, such as Ethernet/IP, dual RS-485 ports, USB, and a CAN port, facilitating seamless integration into diverse industrial networks. Programming and configuration are streamlined using Delta’s ISPSoft software, which supports hardware setup, network communication, system diagnostics, and positioning planning.
