What are my delivery options and costs?
Economy delivery is FREE for orders totalling R500 or more and do not exceed 2kg (kilograms). Some of our items need specialist delivery and not all options are available on all orders. Orders that weight more than 2kg’s can be charged for. Inquire with one of our staff members before placing your order.
When will my order be delivered?
We’ll deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation email. You can also track your delivery at any time by selecting the Order Number from your Order History on your PLC Technologies Account profile. This is the most current tracking information we have for your order. If this date changes, we’ll let you know straight away by email or SMS.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed a order?
It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout. To change your delivery address permanently for future orders, you can update your Address Book under your Customer Information in your Account profile.
What happens if a product is missing from my Shipment/Delivery
You will need to contact us and provide us with your order number. Confirm which item is missing in your shipment received. One of our friendly online shopping assistants will contact you and assist you ASAP.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Your order will arrive by the estimated delivery date provided in your payment confirmation email and we will send you an SMS on the date of delivery so you know when to expect our Courier. If you have received your SMS and will not be available, contact us to reschedule on the next available business day.
How are large equipment delivered?
Large Equipment will be delivered by a professional team from the PLC Technologies Delivery Team or one of our third-party couriers. These items might be quite big and heavy, so it would be worth having these products delivered straight to your site/office.
Does PLC Technologies ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally via third party couriers or alternatively you can arrange for the collection from our office. Contact us to discuss various options.
